I help organisations understand complex operational problems and turn them into practical digital solutions. I work across the change lifecycle — from discovery, stakeholder interviews and process diagnostics to requirements, prioritisation, delivery coordination, user acceptance testing and solution evaluation. My experience spans business analysis, process improvement, internal platforms and product delivery. My results include helping reduce B2B request-processing time from 3.5 to 1.5 business days, replacing a full-day weekly reporting process for 45 employees and three leads with a controlled workflow completed in no more than one hour, and translating fragmented spreadsheet-based workforce planning into a structured internal platform. I also build internal products, tools and prototypes using AI-assisted development, taking them from concept and business rules to working implementation and production validation. This helps me test assumptions, understand implementation constraints and work more effectively with technical specialists. I use AI where it improves a specific workflow rather than treating it as the objective itself.
